Gide on Veolia Environnement's tender offer relating to its GBP bonds for an amount of GBP 535,200,000

Gide advised Veolia Environnement in connection with the tender offer of its GBP 650 million 6.125 per cent. Notes due October 2037. The tender offer expired on 14 October 2022, for a final acceptance amount of GBP 535,200,000.

This transaction contributes to proactively manage Veolia Environnement's balance sheet and cost of financing.
