Avocat au Barreau de Paris depuis 2006, Simon Auquier est associé au sein de la ligne de métiers Fusions-Acquisitions / Droit des sociétés. Il est membre du Groupe Afrique du cabinet Gide, et co-dirige le bureau de Casablanca. Simon intervient sur des opérations d'acquisition et cession de sociétés, de prises de participations, d'investissements ou de partenariats industriels pour des investisseurs étrangers souhaitant s'implanter et/ou développer leurs investissements au Maroc. Il travaille également pour des clients marocains dans le cadre de partenariats avec des industriels étrangers, de projets d'acquisition au Maroc, etc.

Il accompagne également des clients marocains et étrangers dans le cadre de leurs projets d'investissements en Afrique sub-saharienne, et intervient depuis plusieurs années sur plusieurs projets d'acquisition / d'investissement d'envergure dans différents pays d'Afrique de l'Ouest, mais également sur des opérations impliquant des pays de différentes sous-régions du continent africain.

Simon est diplômé de l'ESSEC et du Magistère de Juriste d'Affaires / DJCE de l'Université Paris II. Il parle français et anglais.
