Frédéric Nouel intervient principalement dans les opérations de fusions-acquisitions immobilières pour le compte d'acteurs cotés et non cotés des marchés hôteliers et immobiliers européens et pour des fonds d'investissement.
Frédéric Nouel intervient sur la plupart des grandes opérations du marché. Ses clients récents comprennent notamment Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Accorhotels, ADEO (Leroy-Merlin), Icamap/Icawood, Swiss-Life, Domus-Vi, BNP-Paribas, KKR, EDF, Eurazeo, Aermont, SFL, Engie, Goldman Sachs et Stellantis.
Il a joué un rôle déterminant dans la création en France des organismes de placement collectif immobilier (OPCI), qui totalisent aujourd'hui près de 90 milliards d'euros d'actifs sous gestion. Il développe une importante activité de création et développement de fonds d'investissement alternatifs professionnels (FIA) dans tous les secteurs de l'immobilier et de l'hôtellerie.
Associé de Gide depuis 1994, Frédéric Nouel est Senior Partner du Cabinet.
Frédéric Nouel est titulaire d'un DEA de droit des affaires (Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, 1985) et d'une maîtrise de gestion (Université de Paris-Dauphine, 1983).
