Christian Camboulive est associé, membre de la ligne de métiers Arbitrage & Contentieux et coordonne les activités du Département Arbitrage. Il est spécialisé en arbitrage, droit des contrats et droit international. Il intervient en tant que conseil ou arbitre lors d'arbitrages internationaux, institutionnels ou ad hoc, ainsi que devant les tribunaux français dans des litiges liés à l'arbitrage, tels que des recours en annulation.
Il est intervenu dans plus d'une centaine d'arbitrages, conduits notamment selon les règlements de la CCI, de l'AFA, du CIRDI et de la CNUDCI, relatifs à la protection des investissements, des projets d'infrastructures et de construction, des opérations de joint-ventures et d'acquisitions, des contrats de distribution et de licence, dans une grande variété de secteurs, incluant notamment ceux de l'énergie et des ressources naturelles, de la défense, des infrastructures publiques, de la santé, des biens de consommation et le secteur bancaire. Son expérience couvre la plupart des régions du monde.
Ancien vice-président du comité Arbitrage de l'International Bar Association et membre du Board of Trustees de la Foundation for International Arbitration Advocacy, il est membre de diverses associations spécialisées dans le domaine de l'arbitrage telles que le Comité Français de l'Arbitrage, l'Institut pour l'Arbitrage International, la London Court of International Arbitration et l'Association Suisse d'Arbitrage. Il siège au Comité de Rédaction des Cahiers de l'Arbitrage/Paris Journal of International Arbitration.
