Middle East

Working from Paris, London, Cairo and Istanbul, Gide's multi-disciplinary and international teams regularly act in all countries of the eastern Mediterranean region.

Alongside local firms in those countries in which we do not have an office, we advise our clients (local governments) on their Projects and M&A investments in the region. We also regularly work with the region’s major corporations as regards their international development operations.

Our lawyers, who often have a primary law qualification and another in the local law, draw on all the resources necessary to offer our clients their perfect knowledge of international standards and local legal restrictions.
