For some thirty years now, the MENA region has been at the forefront of Gide’s strategic development plan. Through our on-going involvement in the area from our Paris, London and four local offices (Algiers, Casablanca, Istanbul and Tunis), we can act on the region’s major cases.
Our regional offices number some 50 lawyers of 10 different nationalities. Thanks to strategic synergies with our London and Paris offices, we work with our clients on their cases in each country of the region, in partnership with a long-established network of local firms.
For mergers & acquisitions and other complex major projects, we put in place multi-disciplinary teams comprising specialists from our dedicated practice groups.
We also regularly assist investors in the region on their international development strategies.
