Gide has advised Eurazeo on the acquisition of a majority stake in Ikaros Solar, a Belgian player providing solutions in the development, construction and maintenance of rooftop and ground-mounted solar parks in Western Europe from its founders and Capenergie 2, managed by Omnes Capital. The Gide team advising Eurazeo was led by partner Alexis Pailleret, working with associates Chloé Bouhours and Axel Azoulay (M&A), as well as partner Marie Bouvet-Guiramand and associate Pauline Coulon (Projects Finance & Infrastructure).
Eurazeo was also advised by Belgian law firm Kadrant.
The founders were advised by Belgian law firm Stibbe; Omnes Capital was advised by White & Case.
