Lawyers from Gide Warsaw’s Private Equity Practice have successfully advised Resource Partners and Maciej Lubiak, founder of Maczfit, on a transaction involving the sale of shares in Maczfit Foods sp. z o.o. to Żabka Polska sp. z o.o.
The client was assisted in the transaction by the team composed of Wojciech Czyżewski and Edyta Zalewska. The project was supervised by Paweł Grześkowiak, partner heading the Private Equity Department at Gide Warsaw. The lawyers' advice included comprehensive services related to the process of selling Maczfit Foods sp. z o.o.
