Gide advised the joint lead managers on a bond issuance by Eramet

Gide has advised the joint lead managers BNP Paribas, Natixis and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking on the issue and admission to trading on Euronext Paris of its €125,000,000 4.50 per cent. bonds due 6 November 2020 to be assimilated (assimilées) and form a single series with the existing €400,000,000 4.50 per cent. bonds due 6 November 2020. The aggregate principal amount of the issuance is thus brought to 525 million euros.

In April, Gide had advised Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking on a Euro PP bond issuance in an amount of 50 million euros. This bond issuance had a 12-year maturity and a 5.29% coupon. The bonds were admitted to trading on Euronext Paris on 23 April 2014.
