Gide on the issue of Société du Grand Paris green bonds for a total of EUR 1.5 billion
Gide has assisted the banks on Société du Grand Paris’s issue of green bonds, for EUR 1.5 billion, listed on Euronext Paris, maturing in 2036 and bearing interest at 0.3%.
The net proceeds of the bond issue will be used by Société du Grand Paris for eligible green projects related to the construction of the Grand Paris Express transport network.
Gide’s team was headed by partner Hubert du Vignaux, working with associates Mariléna Gryparis and Louis Ravaud.
The Linklaters team that has advised the Société du Grand Paris since this year’s upgrade of its green EMTN programme was made up of partner Véronique Delaittre and associate Bénédicte de Moras.
