Gide on the issuance of EUR 500 million bonds by SEB
Gide advised BNP Paribas, HSBC, Natixis and Société Générale, as joint lead managers, on the issuance by SEB of its € 500 million 2.375 per cent. notes due 2022, admitted on Euronext Paris.
Gide’s team was led by Hubert du Vignaux (partner), assisted by Laurent Vincent and Aude-Laurène Dourdain.
The Issuer was not assisted by an external counsel.
