Gide, counsel to group Société Générale on setting up a partnership between Société Générale Assurances and Roadzen

Gide has advised banking group Société Générale on establishing a strategic partnership between Société Générale Assurances and Roadzen, a global Fintech and market leader in mobility and AI.

This agreement aims to create a European leader in digital contextual insurance, and will enable Roadzen to acquire a significant minority share in Moonshot-Internet, Société Générale Assurances insurtech.

With this strategic agreement, Société Générale Assurances steps up the commercial and international development of its start-up by leveraging Roadzen’s cutting-edge technological expertise and complementary geographical strengths.  

Gide’s team advising group Société Générale was headed by partner Guillaume Rougier-Brierre, working with associates Morgan Maréchal and Charles-Douglas Fuz on corporate aspects.
