Gide has advised Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBL) on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Webhelp group.
Webhelp is a world leader in customer experience and business process outsourcing and its enterprise value is €2.4 billion.
Members of the team involved were Olivier Diaz and Charles de Reals, partners (M&A) with Vincenzo Feldmann and Aurore Martinelli, associates (M&A), as well as Magali Buchert, partner (tax) with Alan Hervé, associate (tax).
