Gide, counsel to CCR on setting up CCR RE

Gide has assisted Caisse Centrale de Réassurance, a French re-insurance company active in the fields of state and market reinsurance, on setting up wholly owned subsidiary CCR RE whose activity will be dedicated to market reinsurance activities. CCR RE has been effective since 1 January 2017.

Gide’s team comprised partner Didier Martin on corporate law aspects; partner Richard Ghueldre and associate Luc Bigel on insurance and regulatory law aspects; partner David Jonin and counsel Yan-Eric Logeais on employment law aspects; and partner Olivier Dauchez on tax law aspects.
