Gide advises the LUX MED Group on the acquisition of A2 Clinic – dental facilities in Wałbrzych and Dzierżoniów

Gide’s Warsaw office advised the LUX MED Group – a leader on the private healthcare services market in Poland and part of the international Bupa Group – on the acquisition of A2 Clinic, a chain of modern dental clinics.

The Gide team, comprising Paweł Grześkowiak (advocate, partner), Wojciech Czyżewski (advocate, counsel) and Marcin Gutkowski (advocate, associate), was responsible for providing comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction.

LUX MED Group is a leader on the private healthcare services market in Poland and part of Bupa, which operates globally as an insurer and provider of medical services. The company has been delivering healthcare services in Poland for over 30 years.

A2 Clinic offers a full range of complementary dental services, including aesthetic dentistry, prosthetics, surgery, implantology, orthodontics and microscopic endodontics. The clinics also provide CT scans and X-ray diagnostics.
