Gide counsel to Crédit Mutuel Arkéa on the acquisition of Seqino

Gide has advised Crédit Mutuel Arkéa on the acquisition of Seqino, a 100% French digital e-invoicing solution registered as a Partner Dematerialisation Platform (PDP), designed to simplify and secure financial transactions.

This strategic transaction enables the banking group to anticipate the upcoming reform mandating the widespread adoption of e-invoicing in France by September 2026, and to support businesses in their digital transformation.

The Gide team was composed of partner Axelle Toulemonde, counsel Chloé Bouhours, and associate Sophia Messedi on M&A/corporate aspects; counsel Aurélie Pacaud, associates Suzanne Denis and Mathilde Geneste on IP/IT aspects; partner Paul de France on tax aspects; counsel Pauline Manet on employment law aspects; and associate Louise Boyer on real estate law aspects.
