Gide at Paris Arbitration Week 2026
Perspectives on the New Challenges of International Arbitration
On the occasion of Paris Arbitration Week 2026, Gide’s International Arbitration team will take part in several conferences dedicated to recent developments in arbitration practice. These discussions will bring together practitioners, experts and academics to address topical issues such as strategic resources, investment protection in complex geopolitical contexts, the impact of climate law on investment arbitration, as well as disputes arising from M&A transactions and space activities.
