Gide again partners the Business and Legal Forum

8th edition of the Business and Legal Forum

Gide partners once more the Business and Legal Forum, whose 8th edition will take place on Tuesday 11 October at the Centre Étoile Saint-Honoré (21-25 rue Balzac, Paris 8th). Two of our partners will be part of the following panels:

• David Jonin (Employment) on the panel “Compétitivité, transparence, dialogue et obligations sociales… quelles sont les marges de manoeuvre pour les dirigeants, directeurs juridiques et DRH ?“
   
• Laurent Godfroid (Competition & International Trade) on the panel “Concurrence. Plates-formes numériques : quels sont leurs réels pouvoirs sur les marchés ? Quels régulateurs ou quelles autorités pour faire face aux enjeux du monde digital ? Comment les acteurs traditionnels peuvent-ils se positionner ?“

Additionally, the second edition of Plumes de l’Economie et du Droit will honour the authors of remarkable articles that address legal and economic challenges and that strive to improve the performance and ethics of the economy. Laureates may be lawyers, economists and journalists alike.
