Gide advises the sellers on the acquisition of NuxtLabs by Vercel
Gide advised the founders and all shareholders (including investment funds ISAI and First Minute Capital) on the acquisition of NuxtLabs, the company behind the open-source framework Nuxt.js and the deployment platform Nitro, by Vercel, a major cloud provider and creator of the Next.js framework.
The Gide team was composed of Paul Jourdan-Nayrac, partner, Donald Davy, counsel, Sarah Doray and Pierre Lemaire, associates, on corporate aspects; Paul de France, partner, and Charles Ghuysen, associate, on tax aspects; and Bénédicte Perrier, counsel, on employment law aspects.
Cooley also advised the sellers on U.S. legal aspects, with Tamim Bazzi and Nathan Baum.
