Gide advises the banks’ syndicate on $100 million global offering of Nanobiotix

Gide advises the banks’ syndicate, including Jefferies, TD Cowen and Stifel, as global coordinators and joint bookrunners, on $100 million (corresponding to approximately €86.1 million) global offering of Nanobiotix

The offering consists of a capital increase without preferential subscription rights by way of a public offering of 2,218,467 new shares (including new shares in the form of American Depositary Shares), and 345,099 pre-funded warrants.

Nanobiotix is a late-stage clinical biotechnology company pioneering disruptive, physics-based therapeutic approaches to revolutionize treatment outcomes for millions of patients; supported by people committed to making a difference for humanity.

Nanobiotix intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to support the development and advancement of JNJ-1900 (NBTXR3), to advance its Nanoprimer and other platforms and for general corporate purposes.
