Gide advises Qemetica on the sale of its salt business for over PLN 1.5 billion
Gide’s Warsaw office advises Qemetica, a portfolio company of Kulczyk Investments, on the sale of its salt business to K+S Gruppe for over PLN 1.5 billion.
The transaction marks a significant milestone and forms part of Qemetica’s broader transformation strategy aimed at strengthening its financial position and accelerating its strategic growth, including Resource Recovery and international expansion.
The Gide team, consisting of Dariusz Tokarczuk, partner, Wojciech Czyżewski, counsel and Magdalena Bielamowicz, associate, provided comprehensive legal support throughout all stages of the transaction.
