Gide advises Jimmy Energy on its €80 million fundraising

Gide advised Jimmy Energy, a French company developing reactors to produce heat for industrial use, in connection with its €80 million fundraising. The transaction combines €40 million provided by Crédit Mutuel Impact – a subsidiary of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale – alongside, in particular, ADEME Investissement and existing shareholders, as well as renewed support from the French State amounting to €40 million under the France 2030 plan.

This new financing will enable the group to hire around fifty people as it moves closer to its objective of building its first SMR in the 2030s.

The team was composed of Louis Oudot de Dainville, partner, Charlotte Fourgous, associate, and Hélène Thomelin, jurist.
