Gide advises Genesis AI on its $105 million seed round

Gide has advised Genesis AI, a startup aiming to develop a foundational model to power various types of robots, on its $105 million fundraising round, which was co-led by Eclipse Ventures and Khosla Ventures.

Genesis AI’s goal it to create a general-purpose model that will enable robots to automate a diverse range of repetitive tasks, from lab work to housekeeping.

The Gide team included Louis Oudot de Dainville, Partner, and Tiphaine Dupont and Matthieu Lobognon, Associates.

The law firm Cooley also advised Genesis AI, particularly on US-related matters.
