Gide advises AEW on the acquisition of fully let c.19,000 sq. m. Grade A logistics asset in Le Bignon, France

Gide has advised AEW, one of the world’s largest real estate investment and asset managers, on the off-market acquisition of a newly refurbished and extended Grade A logistics asset in Le Bignon, on the outskirts of Nantes, France, from French developer 6e Sens Immobilier.

This prime asset comprises a total of 18,677 sq. m., including office space, and is fully let to one of France’s leading express parcel delivery providers. It has been refurbished and extended, achieving a BREEAM Excellent certification. It is strategically located 16km south of Nantes, providing access to the Atlantic Corridor.
