Gide advised the banks on a 137,5 M Euro PP, a guaranteed sustainability-linked bond issuance by Compagnie des Alpes

Gide has advised the arrangers on the issuance of one of the largest 2024 Euro PP, a guaranteed sustainability-linked bonds (SLB) issuance by Compagnie des Alpes.
