Gide advised Redkom Development on a forward funding transaction with NEWGATE INVESTMENT concerning a retail park at al. Jana Pawła II 115 in Bydgoszcz

Gide’s Warsaw office advised Redkom Development in connection with its role as developer of the project, while Newgate Investment acted as financing partner and future landlord.

The retail park will be developed at the site of the former shopping centre Glinki and will deliver ca. 18,000 sq. m. GLA to the market, with Carrefour being the anchor food operator. The first phase is expected to open in Q1 2026.
