Gide acted as Europcar Mobility Group’s counsel in a Rule 144A offering of €450m Senior Notes

This issuance will enable Europcar Mobility Group to fully or partially redeem its existing EUR 600 million 5.750% Senior Notes due 2022.

The proceeds of the offering deposited into an escrow account will be released upon the completion of certain conditions precedent, upon which Europcar Mobility Group will assume the obligations of Europcar Mobility Drive D.A.C. under the Notes.
