The Warsaw office of the international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel advised French investor Participation Gestion Développement Industriel (PGDI) from the Joncoux group on the acquisition of all shares in MK sp. z o.o, a Polish producer of steel chimney systems. PGDI acquired the company from Riverside Europe Fund, a private equity fund.

Acting for Gide Loyrette Nouel on the transaction was Michał Kubicz – legal advisor in the Energy, Environment and Infrastructure Department.
