Vincent Nacinovic is a Partner in Gide's Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris.

Vincent specialises in private equity transactions, with particular expertise in leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and growth capital investments. He advises investment funds and founders on complex LBO, growth capital and corporate reorganisation transactions, as well as industrial players on their build-up strategies.

Vincent has recently been involved in the LBO of the Implid Group structured by EMZ Partners, the LBO of the Orisha group structured by Francisco Partners and TA Associates, and the LBO of the Futurmaster group structured by Sagard NewGen. Prior to joining Gide, Vincent practiced for nearly ten years within Paul Hastings' Corporate department in Paris.

Vincent has a specialised Master's degree in International Law and Management from ESCP Europe and a Master's II D.J.C.E. from Université de Cergy-Pontoise and Université de Montpellier.
