Tiphanie Mareuse is Counsel in Gide's Public Law team in Paris. She has extensive expertise in public contract law.

She specializes in all forms of public-private partnerships applied to infrastructure projects in France and internationally, primarily in the fields of transportation, sports and defence. Her activity covers the entire duration of a project, from the development phase (structuring, drafting and negotiating contracts) to its completion (whether anticipated or not), including all phases of its execution (construction and operational contingencies), as well as litigation.

In particular, Tiphanie has been assisting the MSC group (major player in container transport) within the scope of the execution of its port concessions in France and worldwide. She also recently advised the Eiffage group on the signature of the partnership agreement for the construction of the new headquarters of the Port of Marseille Fos, and Paris 2024 for the structuring and negotiation of multiple contracts for the organization of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Tiphanie holds a Master 2 in public economic law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a specialized master's degree in international business law and management from ESSEC Business School. She began her career in 2012 at Gide. She then joined the legal department of Bolloré Transport et Logistics, before returning to Gide in 2018.
