Sihem Boughanem is an associate in the Algiers office.
She advises companies in various areas of business law, helping them to draft and negotiate contracts and manage disputes. She regularly assists foreign investors with their projects in Algeria, particularly in the infrastructure and hydrocarbons sectors. She also works on issues relating to labor law and personal data protection, ensuring regulatory compliance and the security of operations. Sihem was seconded to ENI Algeria for a year, during which time she was able to develop her expertise in the energy sector and international partnerships.
Sihem holds a Master's degree in International Law (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne), a Master's degree in Arbitration and International Trade (Université de Versailles) and a Master's degree in International Economic Law (Université de Strasbourg). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022.
