Roxane Debuse is an associate in "Projects" (Finance & Infrastructure) team in Paris.

She advises public entities, development banks, international financial institutions and sponsors in relation to a number of infrastructure and energy projects worldwide and in particular in Africa. In the infrastructure sector, Roxane has developed a specific expertise in the fields of social infrastructure (health, education, social housing and transportation) as well as wastewater treatment. She has also developed an expertise in the aerospace and defense industry.

Roxane advises various entities in the development of their energy and infrastructure projects from the structuring phase until financial close. In particular, Roxane is currently advising (i) a sponsor in the framework of the development of a PV project in West Africa, (ii) an IFI and a West African government in the framework of an imaging project (health), and (iii) a development bank and a Government from a north African country in the development of a wastewater treatment plant.

Roxane is graduated in business law from Paris-Dauphine University and in international business law from King's College London. She is a member of the Paris Bar since 2021.
