Myriam Danicourt is an associate in Gide's Investment Funds & Asset Management team in Paris.

She deals with legal issues relating to asset management in France. Myriam advises asset management companies and institutional investors on the structuring and marketing of investment funds (debt, infrastructure, real estate, private equity, etc.). She is involved in the authorisation, monitoring and acquisition of holdings in portfolio management companies. Myriam is involved in disciplinary proceedings brought by the AMF against asset management industry players.

Myriam has worked on the structuring of a number of high-profile investment funds, including the Fonds Objectif Climat, the Fonds NOV Relance and the SICAV Emergence. She recently structured several real estate funds, private equity funds and funds of funds. It has also assisted a number of players with the launch of their "ELTIF 2" funds in France.

Myriam holds a Master's degree in Business Law and Taxation and a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Paris II. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020.
