Louise Pécard is an associate in the "Employment Law" team at Gide's Paris office.

She advises French and international clients in all sectors of activity on employment law. She advises and litigates in all areas of employment law, including workforce management (recruitment procedures, implementation, performance and amendment of employment contracts, disciplinary law, termination of employment contracts, negotiated redundancies, etc.), management of staff representation bodies, working hours and corporate restructuring (collective redundancies, voluntary redundancy plans, transfers, etc.).

Louise has law degrees from the Université Montesquieu Bordeaux IV and the Université Nice Sophia Antipolis. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2018.
