Karolina Zawiślak is an associate in Gide's employment law department in Warsaw. She specialises in labour law, and on compliance issues.

She advises employers on how to create employment procedures, ESOPs, implement health and safety solutions, proceed with compliance and integrity, perform internal proceedings (including speak-up and whistleblower procedures) and how to solve the potential employment issues. She also performs due diligences and trains clients on the certain topics if requested.

Karolina has recently worked on the creation of whistleblowing procedures, employee stock option plans, provided legal advice on health and safety, assisted and conducted internal procedures, and carried out numerous briefings for clients on employment law.

Karolina graduated from the Faculty of Law and just finished her training as attorney-at-law at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Warsaw.
