Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, Johanna de Mortillet is an associate within Gide’s Competition & International Trade practice group. She advises major French and international companies in matters of competition law, distribution law and consumer law.
Johanna recently worked for a major retail group on consumer law issues, particularly with regard to the review and validation of advertising media and promotional campaigns.
She holds a postgraduate degree in business and tax law, a diploma of higher studies in legal management of business organisations (DJCE), and graduated from a three-year selective programme in business law (Magistère).
