Ilias Charai is an associate in Gide's employment team in Paris.

He assists French and international companies in managing their individual and collective employment relations, both in advisory and litigation matters. Ilias expertise notably covers employment law aspects relating to mergers and acquisitions and restructuring operations (such as job preservation plans, management of staff representative bodies, etc.), including in complex or cross-border contexts.

He also supports companies during the pre-litigation phase and represents them in individual and collective disputes.

Ilias holds a Master 2 in Employment (Master 2 Juristes de droit social) from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025.
