Ilias Charai is an associate in Gide's employment team in Paris

He assists French and international companies in managing their individual and collective employment relations, both in advisory and litigation matters. Ilias expertise notably covers employment law aspects related to mergers and acquisitions and restructuring operations (such as employment protection plans, management of employee representative bodies, etc.), including in complex or cross-border contexts.

He also supports companies during the pre-litigation phase and represent them in individual and collective disputes.

Ilias holds a Master 2 in Employment (Master 2 Juristes de droit social) from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, and have been admitted to the Paris Bar since 2025.
