Grégoire Merrer is an associate of the IP-TMT team.
Grégoire advises clients from a wide range of sectors on all issues relating to intellectual property, media rights, personal data protection, new technologies and e-commerce, in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Grégoire holds a Master 2 in Business Law from the Université Paris-Est Créteil and a Master 2 in Creative and Digital Law from the Université Paris-Saclay. He joined Gide following several internships with specialist law firms and leading French and international business law firms recognized for their expertise in media law, intellectual property and information technology, as well as in the legal department of Hermès.
