Edouard is a Counsel in Gide's Projects (Finance & Infrastructure) team in Paris.

He advises sponsors, contractors, public authorities and financial institutions on public-private partnerships (PPPs) and project finance transactions across the energy, infrastructure, telecommunications and natural resources sectors, primarily in emerging markets. Edouard assists clients throughout the project lifecycle, including legal and regulatory due diligence, transaction structuring, procurement advisory, negotiation of project and financing documents and financial close.

His experience spans transport (roads, ports, airports and urban mobility), renewable energy (solar, wind, hydro and biomass), water and sanitation, and digital infrastructure. He also advises on the implementation of nature-based solutions and carbon market transactions. Edouard is also a lecturer on PPPs and public procurement at the Africa Infrastructure Fellowship Program, an initiative of the Global Infrastructure Hub, Meridiam and the World Economic Forum, and has contributed to Campus AFD's training program on PPPs in Africa.

Edouard holds an LL.M. in American Law (concentration in International Business Law) from Boston University and a Master's degree in French Law and Common Law from Université Paris Nanterre. He is admitted to the Paris and New York Bars.
