Charlotte Dupont is a Partner in Gide's Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris.

She specialises in private equity transactions, with particular expertise in leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and growth capital investments. Charlotte advises numerous investment funds and founders within the scope of LBO and growth capital transactions, as well as industrial players on their build-up strategies and corporate reorganisation operations.

Charlotte has recently been involved in the LBO of the Argon & Co group structured by Bridgepoint Development Capital and Ardian Growth, the LBO of the Myrium group structured by Capza alongside Amundi Private Equity and Bpifrance, and the merger of 3P Biopharmaceuticals and Biovian structured by Keensight Capital and Elyan. She has over 15 years of experience within leading French and US law firms. Prior to joining Gide, she was an Of Counsel within Paul Hastings' Corporate department.

Charlotte has a specialised Master's degree in International Law and Management from ESCP Europe and a Master's 2 in Business law and Taxation from Université d'Orléans.
