Alexandre Mignot is an associate in Gide's Capital Markets team in Paris.

He is involved in transactions involving both equity securities (IPOs, capital increases, block trades, etc.) and debt securities (bonds, EMTN programmes, Euro PP, etc.), as well as the negotiation and implementation of derivatives.

Alexandre holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master in Management from HEC Paris. He also holds AMF certification. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021.
