Adèle Patinier is an associate in Gide's Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris.

She specialises in private equity transactions, with particular expertise in leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and growth capital investments. She mainly advises French and international investment funds within the scope of acquisitions, disposals, build-up strategies and corporate reorganisations, and supports them at every stage of these transactions, from structuring to implementation.

Adèle has recently been involved in the LBO of the Implid Group structured by EMZ Partners, the LBO of the Futurmaster group structured by Sagard NewGen, and the LBO of the Argon & Co group structured by Bridgepoint Development Capital and Ardian Growth. Prior to joining Gide, Adèle practiced for four years within Paul Hastings' Corporate department in Paris.

Adèle graduated from HEC Paris and Université Paris II-Panthéon-Assas. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
