Operations arrangement - Urban Planning

Command of tools used in urban planning and development operations (participation agreement, urban partnership project, joint development zones, etc.)
Analysis and advice regarding the legal organisation (size, co-ownership, independent property management association, etc.) and the land structuring (estate, planning permission allowing land division, etc.) of the buildings to ease their future use and sale/lease
