Gide advises the LUX MED Group on the completion of two acquisitions in the medical sector
Gide’s Warsaw office advised the LUX MED Group, a leader on the private healthcare services market in Poland and part of the international Bupa Group, on the acquisitions of the OLMED medical centre network and the Dental Doctor clinic.
At the beginning of November, Gide advised the LUX MED Group on the acquisition of Centra Medyczne OLMED, which provides primary and specialist healthcare services to patients in Łódź and the surrounding area. Earlier, at the end of September, Gide also advised on the acquisition of Dental Doctor, a clinic based in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki specialising in comprehensive dental treatment, orthodontics and implant prosthetics.
LUX MED Group is a leader in the private healthcare services market in Poland and part of Bupa, which operates globally as an insurer and provider of medical services. The company has been delivering healthcare services in Poland for over 30 years.
Centra Medyczne OLMED operates in Łódź and Konstantynów Łódzki. The network provides primary healthcare services to almost 20,000 patients, as well as specialist consultations and diagnostic services. It has over 140 employees, including 70 doctors.
Dental Doctor is a premium-standard clinic based in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, offering comprehensive dental treatment.
