Gide advises Spiko on its $90 million fundraising
Gide advised Spiko, a European fintech specializing in treasury investment, on its USD 90 million fundraising.
The transaction was led by New Enterprise Associates, with participation notably from Index Ventures, Frst, White Star Capital and Bpifrance, through its Digital Venture fund.
The Gide team was composed of partner Louis Oudot de Dainville, associate Marie-Flora Mendes and jurist Hélène Thomelin.
