Gide advises OTB Ventures on the €28 million Series A funding round of Arlequin AI

Gide advised OTB Ventures on its participation, as co-lead investor, in the €28 million Series A funding round of Arlequin AI.

Arlequin AI has raised €28 million in Series A funding to accelerate the development of a new AI architecture based on topological neural networks (TNN) and to expand the international deployment of its technology. Backed exclusively by European investors, the round was co-led by redalpine and OTB Ventures, alongside Bpifrance’s Defence Innovation Fund. Existing investors Vsquared Ventures and 10x Founders increased their stakes, while Xavier Niel and ZEBOX (CMA CGM’s start-up accelerator) joined the round.

Founded in 2017, OTB Ventures is a pan-European deep tech venture capital firm investing at seed and Series A in start-ups pioneering transformative technologies across AI and novel computing, spacetech and physical AI, with a particular focus on dual-use technologies. The firm manages over €500 million and operates from offices in Warsaw, Luxembourg and Amsterdam.
