Gide strengthens fund finance practice with arrival of new partner, Meryll Aloro
Gide is strengthening its expertise in financing and investment fund services with the arrival of Meryll Aloro at the Paris office. Meryll Aloro is a recognized expert in investment fund financing.
Together with associates Raphaël Buchinger and Marine Hestroffer, Meryll Aloro joins the Structured Finance team at Gide’s Paris office, working at the intersection of the Structured Finance & Acquisitions practice headed by partner Éric Cartier-Millon and the Investment Funds & Asset Management practice headed by partner Stéphane Puel. A specialist in investment fund financing, she advises players in this fast-growing market.
For nearly ten years, Meryll Aloro has been advising financial institutions and funds on fund financing transactions (Equity Bridge and NAV Financing) and has been building trusted relationships with the key players in this sector. Her joining forces with Gide presents financial institutions and funds with a comprehensive offer in synergy with its Corporate, LBO and Investment Funds teams.
Before joining Gide, Meryll Aloro was a partner at Dentons in Paris. She was admitted to the Paris bar in 2016.
