Meryll Aloro is a Partner in Gide’s Structured Finance team in Paris.

She specialises in fund finance and has been advising financial institutions and investment funds for nearly ten years on fund financing transactions, including Equity Bridge, NAV and GP financings. She has developed trusted relationships with leading participants in this fast-growing market and works at the intersection of Gide’s Structured and Acquisition Finance practice, headed by Éric Cartier-Millon, and its Investment Funds and Asset Management practice, headed by Stéphane Puel.

Meryll advises financial institutions and investment funds in particular on the structuring and implementation of financing arrangements backed by investors’ commitments or fund assets, working closely with Gide’s Corporate, LBO and Investment Funds teams.

Prior to joining Gide, Meryll was a Partner at Dentons in Paris. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2016.
