Gide advises Yareal on the lease of office space to Forvis Mazars at LIXA E

Yareal has concluded a lease agreement with Forvis Mazars, an international audit, tax and advisory firm, for nearly 2,500 sqm of office space in the LIXA E office building near Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw. Upon completion of the transaction, Forvis Mazars will relocate its Warsaw headquarters to the building in May 2027.

The team from Gide’s Warsaw office, comprising partner Błażej Czwarnok and associate Aleksandra Kobylińska-Szopińska from the Real Estate practice, provided comprehensive legal advice to Yareal in connection with the transaction.

Completed early in 2024, LIXA E offers nearly 18,000 sqm of office and commercial space and forms part of the LIXA campus, a five-building mixed-use development comprising approximately 77,000 sqm. Yareal currently owns LIXA C and LIXA E within the complex.
